When you request a call or prototype, we collect your name, email, current website, social media link or handle, the help you need, and your contact permission. A mobile number and text-message permission are optional. We also record the page and campaign information associated with your request.

We use these details to respond, prepare your request and arrange your call. We do not sell your information or use fingerprinting. Lovable Cloud stores requests privately. Resend processes request emails. Calendly handles scheduling and calendar invitations. Zoom hosts calls, and Fireflies may join to take notes as disclosed when you book.

Analytics remain off unless you choose OK. If enabled, Plausible helps us understand site visits. Calendly and video players load only after your consent or your explicit request to load them. Cookie preferences in the footer let you change your choice. We respect Global Privacy Control.

We keep request details while responding to you and while they are needed for an engagement, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. We review records for deletion when no longer needed. Ask for access or deletion at mary@plainwrightstudio.com. Our service providers may process information in other countries under their own safeguards.

Text permission is optional and does not authorize marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out where supported by the sender. Calendly confirmations and text reminders depend on the event settings. You can also withdraw contact permission by emailing us.
