Free AI learning circle: bring something real, leave with a way to do it
A free, small-group working session on using AI well in your work and your life. A few slides to set context, then the rest is conversation. No pitch.

Most people are past the question of whether to try AI. The harder question is how to make it change the way work actually gets done. This circle is for people who want to move from curiosity to real change.
Who it is for
Business owners, managers and team leads, and HR practitioners who are already being asked about AI and want to use it with more skill and more care. You do not need to be technical. If you already build with AI, you are welcome, and you will have plenty to teach.
What to bring
Pick one or more of these.
A workflow that needs to be refined or built. A weekly report that eats half a day, a hiring step that depends on one person's memory, or a process you wish ran without you.
Something you want to fix, make new, or do differently. A policy your team needs and does not have, or a tool you wish existed.
A reflection on AI at work. What do you want to start doing, stop doing, or continue doing? That includes questions about what to trust AI with and what to keep for yourself.
The more specific, the better.
What you will leave with
A working start on your own task. A clearer sense of which AI tools and setups fit which problems, including when a saved project, a repeatable process, or an automated task is worth building. A practical understanding of how to use AI safely and responsibly with your team, your clients, and your data. And one next step you will take this week.
How the hour works
Ten minutes: a few slides for context, then introductions. Each person names their task.
Thirty minutes: small groups of three or four work through the tasks together and try things live.
Fifteen minutes: groups report back on what worked and what did not.
Five minutes: everyone writes down one next step.
Good to know
The circle is free and capped at 15 seats so everyone gets to speak. If it fills, you'll join the waitlist for the next one. Our AI notetaker, Fireflies, will take notes. Afterward we will send attendees a short summary of what the group learned, with names and company details removed. The questions people bring shape what we teach and build next.
Reserve a seat using the form below.
